Cashew kernels are traded in grades based on size, color and whether the kernel is whole or broken. The required grade and packing depend on the customer's application.
Tan Tai Company supplies whole-kernel grades such as W180, W210, W240, W320 and W450, along with broken grades such as LBW, SBW, BB, SB and white splits (WS), subject to availability.
Grade, moisture, defect tolerances, packing and supporting documents are agreed and confirmed for each order.
